LOFT aims at generating a modular, practical and adaptable vocational learning methodology (LOFT MET) with supporting tools based on the produced information and identified VET needs of our target groups under WP2. More specifically, it aims at facilitating the digital adaptation of small scale food producers by developing their digital skills like benefiting from mobile technology, online marketing, QR technology, as well as informing their target groups (consumers) on food tracing through a mobile application etc.
The target groups include;
(a) existing and potential LFPs;
(b) potential local food consumers
(c) other stakeholders particularly the local managing authorities
The modular structure of the LOFT MET will include specific curricula to support the digital upskilling of LFPs (group a) while at the same time engaging the other stakeholders (groups b and c) to constitute local food hubs under WP4 (LOFT MAPS).
